HAUNTED LOCATION OF THE MONTH;

MARCH and APRIL
The Alamo, San Antonio, TX

Battle Date; March 6th 1836

Thirteen Days of Santa Anna attacking the mission, which was the only hope between Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, and the white settlers.

On the thirteenth day, at five o' clock am, when all the cannons had stop their discharge, it happened.

All 1600/8000 Mexicans attack the 250 Texans at the Alamo.  The battle lasted only an hour 1/2.

All the bodies were burned.

The men were tortured before death.

No prisoners were taken.

Is it possible that the spirits of Commander Jim Bowie and William Travis, along with David Crockett, Susanna Dickinson, Candeloria, and all of the other men and women still roam there today?

The Alamo used to be a very large mission, that was over a 1/2 mile wide.  Now, all you can see is the repaired mission, and the San Antonio town that has grown around it, building its hotels and tourist sites atop the final resting place of hundreds of thousands of dying soldiers.

Good Haunted Places of San Antonio;
The Menger Hotel (Very haunted, go to www.historicmengerhotel.com, then click on ghost sightings)
The Riverwalk (Also; believed to be haunted by La Llorona (http://www.lallorona.com)
Most of the buildings surrounding the Alamo (such as the Crockett Hotel).
And also the memorial (below) has had reports of ghost hanging around and posing with the images of the heroes.
